1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using FAST TO HABIT ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

FAST TO HABIT is an iOS application designed to help users track intermittent fasting schedules and build healthy habits. The App provides:

  • Fasting timer and schedule management
  • Habit tracking functionality
  • Weight and body composition tracking
  • Progress visualization and charts
  • Fasting journal
  • Apple Health integration (optional)
  • Home screen widgets

3. Data Storage and Your Control

3.1 Local Data Storage

All your personal data is stored locally on your device. This includes:

  • Your fasting schedules and history
  • Habit tracking data
  • Weight and body composition records
  • Journal entries
  • Preferences and settings

3.2 Your Data Rights

You maintain complete control over your data. You can delete individual records within the app or remove all data by uninstalling the app.

4. HealthKit Integration

The App offers optional integration with Apple HealthKit:

  • This integration requires your explicit consent
  • Data exchanged stays on your device
  • HealthKit data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising
  • You can revoke access at any time through iOS Settings

5. Medical Disclaimer

FAST TO HABIT is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice.

  • The App is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only
  • Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen
  • Intermittent fasting is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women, children, or individuals with eating disorders
  • If you experience adverse health effects while fasting, discontinue and seek medical advice

6. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by FAST TO HABIT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Subscription Terms

8.1 Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Core fasting timer functionality is available for free. Advanced features require an active subscription.

8.2 Payment and Billing

  • All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

9. Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we handle your information (hint: we don't collect any).

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses RevenueCat for subscription management and may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAST TO HABIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAST TO HABIT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your data remains on your device under your control.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
