Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 10th, 2026
π Your Privacy is Our Priority
FAST TO Habit is built with privacy at its core. Your data stays on YOUR device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal information with third parties, except for payment processing.
FAST TO HABIT ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our privacy-first approach and how we handle your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). This policy applies to users worldwide and complies with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other international privacy regulations.
1. Our Privacy-First Approach
FAST TO HABIT is designed to keep your data private and secure by storing everything locally on your device. We believe your health and wellness data belongs to you and should remain under your control.
1.1 What We DO NOT Collect
We do NOT collect, store, or transmit the following to our servers:
- β Your fasting schedules or fasting history
- β Your habit tracking data
- β Your wellness metrics or health goals
- β Your weight, height, age, or other personal health information
- β Your usage patterns or behavior within the app
- β Your location data
- β Device identifiers for tracking purposes
- β Analytics about how you use the app
1.2 Local Storage Only
All your personal data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage. This includes:
- β Fasting schedules and timers
- β Fasting history and streaks
- β Habit tracking data
- β Personal preferences and settings
- β Wellness goals and progress
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up using your device's native backup features (iCloud, etc.).
1.3 Apple HealthKit Integration (Optional)
With Your Explicit Permission Only: The App can integrate with Apple HealthKit to read weight entries. This integration:
- β Requires your explicit consent through Apple's permission dialog
- β Only accesses weight data - nothing else
- β Stores weight data locally on your device only
- β Does NOT send your HealthKit data to our servers
- β Can be revoked at any time through iOS Settings
You are in complete control. If you don't grant HealthKit permission, the app works perfectly without it.
1.4 Payment Information (Only Exception)
The ONLY data we process externally is payment information:
- Payment transactions are processed through Apple's App Store
- We receive only basic transaction confirmation (subscription status, purchase date)
- We do NOT see or store your credit card information
- Apple handles all payment data according to their privacy policy
1.5 Customer Support Communications
If you contact us for support via email, we will receive and store:
- Your email address
- The content of your message
- Any information you voluntarily provide to help us assist you
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.
2. How Your Data is Used
Since your data stays on your device, YOU control how it's used:
- Local Processing: All app features (timers, tracking, analytics, insights) run locally on your device
- Personalization: Your preferences and settings are stored locally to customize your experience
- No Profiling: We do not create user profiles or analyze your behavior
- No Advertising: We do not use your data for advertising purposes
- No Third-Party Sharing: Your health and wellness data is never shared with anyone
Payment Data Use:
- Transaction information is used only to verify your subscription status
- To provide access to premium features you've purchased
- To comply with financial regulations and tax requirements
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process your personal data based on:
- Consent: You have given explicit consent for specific processing activities
- Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to provide services you've requested
- Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests (e.g., improving services, security)

We may be required to disclose information if legally obligated by:
- Valid court orders or subpoenas
