FAST TO HABIT is built with privacy at its core. Your data stays on YOUR device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal information with third parties, except for payment processing.

1. Our Privacy-First Approach

FAST TO HABIT is designed to keep your data private and secure by storing everything locally on your device. We believe your health and wellness data belongs to you and should remain under your control.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be very clear about what we do NOT access, track, or store:

  • Personal identification information
  • Email addresses or phone numbers
  • Location data
  • Health data
  • Weight or body composition data
  • Fasting schedules or history
  • Journal entries
  • Usage behavior analytics within the app
  • Device identifiers for tracking purposes

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All your personal data remains exclusively on your device. This includes:

  • Your fasting schedules and history
  • Habit tracking data
  • Personal preferences and settings
  • Journal entries
  • Weight and body composition records
  • Progress and achievement data

This data is stored using Apple's built-in storage mechanisms and is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We cannot access this data even if we wanted to.

4. Apple HealthKit Integration (Optional)

If you choose to enable Apple HealthKit integration:

  • We read: Weight data from Apple Health (if you grant permission)
  • We write: Weight data to Apple Health (if you grant permission)
  • We never: Share HealthKit data with third parties, use it for advertising, or upload it to any server

HealthKit data exchange happens entirely on your device between our app and Apple Health. This integration is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent through iOS permissions.

5. Payment Information

We do not process payments directly. All purchases are handled exclusively through Apple's App Store payment system:

  • Apple processes all payment information securely
  • We never see, collect, or store your credit card details or payment information
  • We only receive a confirmation of purchase status from Apple to unlock premium features

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

  • Manages subscription status verification with Apple's servers
  • Does not collect personal health data

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

  • Access: All your data is always accessible within the app
  • Delete: Delete individual records within the app, or uninstall the app to remove all data
  • Export: Your data is stored in standard formats accessible through device backups
  • Portability: Data transfers with new devices through standard iOS backup/restore

8. Data Security

Your data security is ensured through:

  • All data stored locally using Apple's secure storage
  • No cloud servers or external databases
  • Protection by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
  • No data transmission over the internet (except subscription verification)

9. Children's Privacy

FAST TO HABIT is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since we don't collect any personal data, there is no risk of children's data collection. However, intermittent fasting is not recommended for children, and the app should be used by adults only.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
